Shipments and Returns


As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments WWW.SOXPLAY.COM are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items in Euro. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts. SPEDITION DATE Orders are shipped from WWW.SOXPLAY.COM , Monday to Friday with time 9am-5.30pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed from the following Monday morning. Items will be delivered to the courier within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery to the national territory (excluding islands) takes place in 24-48 hours from the date of shipment from our warehouses. For delivery to Sicily and Sardinia and places that are difficult to reach, shipping times can be delayed.

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing a proof of delivery of the shipment. Packages WWW.SOXPLAY.COM are carefully packed and sealed with duct tape. If for any reason, the package appears tampered with or if the duct tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of package tampering, customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the local dispatcher's office and to contact our support at: info@soxplay.com . If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package is likely to be sent back to the sender at the customer's expense. These amounts will be deducted from any reimbursement due to the Customer WWW.SOXPLAY.COM .

All Customers who place an order establish a business relationship with WWW.SOXPLAY.COM and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their parcel. If for any reason the Customer refuses the delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender, each shipping charge, charged to WWW.SOXPLAY.COM , will be deducted from any refund owed to the Customer.


If the Customer is a "Consumer", as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, the rights of art. 64 of the Consumer Code and as amended by the 2013/83 EU Decree within the limits of that legislation and therefore has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, in the following manners specified. The Withdrawal may have all (Total Withdrawal) or only part of the Products purchased by the Consumer (Partial Recess). The right to recess is exercised by sending - within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products - a communication by recommended A/R. addressed to: RLLR - Company with Limited Responsibility Simplified, via Moscova No.10 - 20121 Milan

The goods will then have to be returned, at the same address, within 14 days of the date on which the customer has indicated that he intends to use the right of withdrawal. SOXPLAY will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by their invoice.
The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days:

  1. (a) in the case of a single Product order, from the day you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated, acquires physical ownership of the Products;
  2. b) in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and you designated, acquires physical ownership of the last Product; Or
  3. c) in the case of an order relating to the delivery of a Product consisting of lots or multiple pieces, from the day you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and you designated, acquires physical ownership of the last lot or piece.

Effects of withdrawal

If they withdraw from the purchase agreement of a product through WWW.SOXPLAY.COM, customers will be refunded all payments they have made in our favor, including delivery costs (including additional costs), without undue delay and in any case no more than 14 days from the day we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless it is expressly agreed otherwise.

The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the customers have demonstrated that they have returned the goods.

The return must be sent to the following address: RLLR - Simplified Limited Responsibility Company, via Moscova No.10 - 20121 Milan without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day the Customers have communicated the withdrawal from this contract.

The direct costs of return (shipping and/or packaging) are always borne by customers.
